Professor Edward L. Fink is the co-author of chapter in a newly published book entitled the Handbook of Principles of Organizational Behavior: Indispensable Knowledge for Evidence-Based Management. His chapter, "Communicate Successfully by Seeking Balance," is co-authored with former UM faculty member Deborah A. Cai.
