Assistant professor Shannon A. Bowen was a featured speaker in October at the 2007 Reputation Conference hosted by the John Madejski Centre for Reputation at the Henley Management College, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, U.K.
Bowen spoke about the the role of ethics in developing a more responsible public communication process with key stakeholder groups and explain how an understanding of moral philosophy can inform ethical decision-making models for use in public relations, issues management, strategic management and risk management.
